   Add a Task Details page in order to see a single task across many runs.
   
   I could use some help on deciding when to link to what level of 
dag/run/task/instance below:
   
   Page with a few basic details in the header and listing only its own tasks. 
Start date links to the task instance while dag run id links to the dag run
