It's really not a bad will of anyone. Simply focus of most people is currently elsewhere - because they chose to focus on Airlfow 3 cahnges and do a lot to make it completed fast and with quality. And yes maybe the problem will be there after Airflow 3 is out and maybe (there is never guarantee unless you take matters in your hands) someone will take a look at it and fix it.
