FYI, I am experiencing a similar issue but one thing I noticed is that this is only happening to dynamically generated DAGs framework that loads loads generated DAGs into globals. However, we have another dynamic dag generator that generates physical dag files and it does not have this issue. We're going to test out a conversion to physical files to see if it resolves the issue but I figured to see if people who are reporting this issue are using dynamic dags.
