### Description
Would be great to be able to refresh only specific tables/partitions with
the powerbi dataset refresh operator
Args:
objects (list(dict), optional): the list of refresh objects based on
provided tables and partitions.If not specified, refresh the entire dataset.
Ex: [{"table": "Customer", "partition": "Robert"}]
refresh_type (str, optional):The type of refresh operation to
perform.Common values are "full" for a complete refresh or "automatic" for an
incremental refresh based on data source settings. Defaults to "full".
commit_mode (str, optional): Defines how the refresh operation
commits changes.Acceptable values include "transactional" and
"partialBatch".Defaults to "transactional".
