And that's good. Just explained the difference betwen "open discussion" and "open issue" (not much if there is no-one signed up to fix the issue) - I recreated the issu now (because indeed that seems like a popular one - from the discussion) and it's fine to continue discussion there. So ... all is good. Issue recreaeted.
