> I think before cutting the provider wave @eladkal raises A PR with some title eg: format Prepare release for providers May 2025. when we see this kind of commit merge we can do your approach? publish them to staged and when release manager want to publish finally as you say one click and he can then specify what are those final docs we can then filter out from staged location and push to live. :) It should be done **after** "Prepare release" is merged - unfortunately - and possibly there might be a few of those + we have the option of removing and redoing rc2 etc. It really should be tied to an RC doc preparation. I think we shoud do it this way: * when RM pushes RC documentation, it also should be stored (as artifact) * then in the final doc push there could be a flag "use latest RC docs" - if set, instead of building the docs we should find the last RC docs push for the same "input' and download the docs from artifact (and then push it to live). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
