Hi @bbovenzi I've tried to implement the i18n linting rule in [my fork](https://github.com/apache/airflow/compare/main...RoyLee1224:airflow:i18n-linting-rules) I wanted to double-check if this is the direction you had in mind. I've set the `i18next/no-literal-string` rule to `WARN` to avoid disrupting the development workflow. Here is a screenshot of how the warning appears in the editor if there is plaintext:  Please let me know your thoughts.
