[I] Translation badge in the README [airflow]

   ### Description
   
   While working on the Korean translation, I noticed a small pain point.
   right now, the only way to know if there are untranslated strings is to run 
a command.
   
   So I thought, wouldn’t it be cool to have a translation badge in the README?
   I whipped up a quick sample badge just to show what it could look like.
