Thanks @simond! We have a similar Airflow setup to yours - Airflow 2.6.3 based image PODs running on an Airflow 2.10.5 based Kubernetes Cluster. This setup caused us to experience the issue mentioned in the title. After aligning the two versions, everything works fine. Logs can now output to stdout immediately. Thanks for your comment.
