### Body Best described with a picture. <img width="591" height="335" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/b9ace9b0-7b37-4c65-bb40-f8f8ec2301a9"; /> Notice the top level state says "Success", as does the drop down "`<option>`" for try 11, but the "`<select>`" element still shows it as queued. Try 11 was the latest attempt. I don't know exactly how to reproduce, other than "Just clear and retry the task a bunch".
