So maybe it is just how we built our custom container but IMO it wants sqlalchemy version 2.0.43 and then create_engine fails with `TypeError: Invalid argument(s) 'insertmanyvalues_page_size' sent to create_engine(), using configuration PGDialect_psycopg2/QueuePool/Engine.
