### Apache Airflow version 3.1.6 ### If "Other Airflow 3 version" selected, which one? _No response_ ### What happened? When a user attempts to pause or unpause a dag but lacks the dag level permission s for the operation the ui does not display an error message despite receiving a 403 request from he server. ### What you think should happen instead? A modal should pop up displaying a 403 error. ### How to reproduce Create a minimally permissioned user that has access to view a dag but not dag.can_edit.
