Review Comment:
We are catching generic exception to catch all possible cases since this is
a sensitive region of dag processor which could crash the processor otherwise.
Known errors are things like `ImportError` which was faced in
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/55079 but there could be some unknowns
too
