Fix "Out of sort memory" error on MySQL during deadline alert data migration
in upgrade/downgrade operations.

   The migration queries in `0099_3_2_0_ui_improvements_for_deadlines.py`
select large `data` and `data_compressed` columns while performing `ORDER BY`,
which causes MySQL to exceed its sort buffer size when processing serialized
DAGs with large data payloads.

This fix uses a subquery pattern for MySQL to first sort only small columns
(`id`, `dag_id`), then joins back to fetch the large columns without requiring
them in the sort buffer.
