Add SequenceMapper, a PartitionMapper subclass that validates incoming partition keys against a predefined list of allowed values. This is the first half of #44145 (PartitionBySequence and PartitionByProduct). related: #44145 <!-- Thank you for contributing! This adds a `PartitionMapper` subclass that validates incoming partition keys against a predefined list of allowed values — enabling segment-based partitioning as described in AIP-76 (e.g., `["us", "eu", "apac"]` or `["marketing-dwh", "engineering-dwh"]`). ## Changes - **Core**: `airflow-core/src/airflow/partition_mapper/sequence.py` — full implementation with `to_downstream()`, `serialize()`, `deserialize()` - **SDK stub**: `task-sdk/src/airflow/sdk/definitions/partition_mapper/sequence.py` — minimal class for DAG-authoring side - **Serialization**: registered in `BUILTIN_PARTITION_MAPPERS` with singledispatch encoder in `encoders.py` - **SDK exports**: added to `__init__.py`, `__init__.pyi`, and `api.rst` - **CI config**: added `partition_mapper` to allowed test folders in `check_tests_in_right_folders.py` and `test_pytest_args_for_test_types.py` - **Tests**: unit tests for mapper logic + serialization encode/decode roundtrip related: #44145 * Read the **[Pull Request Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#pull-request-guidelines)** for more information.
