Fix log level, source, and settings dropdowns not rendering in fullscreen
mode.
- Pass `isFullscreen` prop to `TaskLogHeader` in the fullscreen dialog so
the z-index fix activates
- Add missing `zIndex` to source filter `Select.Content` for consistency
with log level filter
