Matches Option A from #66462 — UI-only, minimum surface. Card / table / detail-header coverage is the right scope. If there's appetite for a follow-up, the issue called out adjacent display drift on deactivated DAGs and DAGs with `max_active_runs` exhausted (same parse-time recompute, different blocked-from-materialization condition).
