The execution API version init file had two separate unreleased version
entries — `2026-04-17` and `2026-06-16` — that have never shipped in any
Airflow release. Having separate version files for unreleased work adds
maintenance overhead and misleads readers into thinking there are distinct API
versions in the wild when there aren't.
Merging all changes from `v2026_04_17.py` `(AddTeamNameField,
AddStateEndpoints, AddAssetsByAliasEndpoint)` into `v2026_06_16.py` alongside
the existing `AddRetryPolicyFields`. The `v2026_04_17.py` file is deleted and
the VersionBundle is updated to remove the `2026-04-17` entry.
