not being triggered on -9 error
Using MWAA, I got the same error
`{local_task_job_runner.py:266} INFO - Task exited with return code -9.`
But on cloudwatch metrics the TaskMemoryUsage for the failed task is 44% on a
mw1.medium env class.
What can be the other reasons for this error apart from OOM?
