docs(mission): add James Fredley to PMC roster (#140)
James got back to me after PR #138's Ismael/tison additions —
adding him as the last addition to the ASF-members roster in
MISSION.md ahead of the Tuesday EOD naming-bikeshed deadline.
- James Fredley — Grails PMC
James is VP of Apache Grails and the author of the "Generated-by:"
git-trailer convention this project uses for AI-assisted commits
(originally proposed on ai-discuss@ and ratified on
legal-discuss@; landed as a pre-commit hook in this repo).
Same .asf.yaml-cap caveat as #138 applies: collaborators block
deliberately left untouched.
