My thoughts on the open questions, FWIW: 1. Start with a global, we can add more granular later if folks want it. 2. Time frame seems reasonable. I suspect the vast majority of Deadline Alerts are just notifiers, so that seems totally reasonable. 3. Yes both. I don't see any argument for only doing one and not the other? 4. This one is tricky... if we do a new section "for now" then we'll have to go through deprecation later and I believe that work to migrate the other callbacks over is already in progress, so that would be a very short lifecycle with a relatively long deprecation period.... maybe [callbacks] with a comment noting the current scope only applies to deadlines? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
