Verified apache-airflow-providers-apache-kafka==1.14.0rc1 (#65734)
**Environment**
- Airflow 3.2.1, Python 3.10, PostgreSQL
- apache-airflow-providers-apache-kafka==1.14.0rc1 from PyPI
**Steps**
- Installed the RC in Breeze and ran `kafka_exception_inspect` DAG against a
live Kafka broker — specifically to verify the KafkaError.name() fix I
contributed (#65734).
- Also run the unit tests (pytest
providers/apache/kafka/tests/unit/apache/kafka/hooks/test_client.py -xvs)
