puneetdixit200 opened a new pull request, #67995:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/67995

Fixes `airflowctl dags trigger ... --conf` so JSON object values are parsed
into dictionaries before validating the generated Dag run request body.
Previously the generated parser used raw `dict`, which rejects JSON strings
such as `{ "my-key": "my-value" }`.

   closes: #67989
