Superseded: the Jinja template rendering for deadline callback kwargs has been folded directly into #66608 (commit `81908347df`, the same +25-line `_render_callback_kwargs` helper in `callback_supervisor.py` plus its tests). Consolidating into the context-fetch PR avoids a separate review surface for what is a small, tightly-coupled addition to the same callback-execution path.
