Review Comment:
As I see the `name` should be in this format
`"projects/123/locations/us-central1/reasoningEngines/456"`. The common
practice in google provider is divide the `name` by parts as example you can
check
[here](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/providers/google/src/airflow/providers/google/cloud/hooks/vertex_ai/endpoint_service.py#L195-L226).
@AlejandroMorgante could you please update the code?

Review Comment:
   @AlejandroMorgante as I see this `agent_engine` variable has a `AgentEngine`
type. Mostly for google types we have a default method for converting to dict
from obj as
[example](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/providers/google/src/airflow/providers/google/cloud/operators/vertex_ai/endpoint_service.py#L121).
Could you please check for `AgentEngine` type and update this code if the
method or his equivalent exists?

Review Comment:
@AlejandroMorgante we have a common interface for working with `Operation`
[here](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/providers/google/src/airflow/providers/google/cloud/operators/vertex_ai/endpoint_service.py#L176-L195)
is example of usage. And here is a
[link](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/providers/google/src/airflow/providers/google/common/hooks/operation_helpers.py)
for `OperationHelper`. Could you please update the code using
`OperationHelper`?
