Translates the 152 remaining untranslated Hindi (`hi`) UI strings across
`admin`, `assets`, `browse`, `common`, `components`, `dag`, `dags`, and
`dashboard`, bringing the Hindi locale from ~84% to **100%** coverage (`hitl`
and `tasks` were already complete).
Interpolation placeholders (`{{count}}`, `{{hotkey}}`, …), hotkeys
(`Ctrl+Shift+F`, `shift+c`), and product terms (DAG, API, Task SDK, ISO 8601,
B-tree) are preserved. Passes `check_i18n_json.py`.
These are machine-assisted translations — review and refinements from native
Hindi speakers are very welcome.
