Review Comment:
Addressed in: b867cef76a. `get_job_status` now catches the API error and, on
a 404 returns a NOT_FOUND status that `is_job_active`/`is_job_succeeded` both
treat as false, so the mixin resubmits fresh instead of failing the task.
