docs(pr-management): sync family README to reflect
pr-management-quick-merge (#577)
pr-management-quick-merge shipped in PR #480 but was missing from
docs/pr-management/README.md. The intro said "Three skills" and the
Skills table listed only three of the four. This commit:
- Updates the count from three to four
- Adds pr-management-quick-merge to the Skills table
- Adds pr-management-quick-merge-config.md to the Adopter contract table
(with a note that it also reads Real-CI patterns from
pr-management-config.md)
- Corrects the cross-reference count from "four" to "five" config files
