Great project on structured agent interfaces for Breeze. Since this defines *what agents can do* in the Airflow repo, [AGENTOWNERS](https://github.com/agent-owners/agentowners) could complement this as the policy layer — defining which agents may act on which paths, what requires human approval, and what's blocked entirely.
