Add missing Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translations in common.json (#70417)
* Add missing Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translations in common.json
Fill the zh-CN gap for the 3.3.1 RC (keyboard shortcuts, note actions, task
attributes). Follows the zh-CN glossary and spacing rules; $t() references and
{{placeholders}} preserved.

* Use 中文 count form for zh-CN task retries label
Retries is a count column, so render it as 重试次数 to match the zh-TW
convention (重試次數) rather than the bare 重试.

* Use zh-TW convention for triggerer labels in zh-CN translations
The taskInstance.triggerer labels describe the Triggerer component but read
触发器 (trigger). Mirror the established zh-TW file, which uses 触发者 for triggerer
and keeps 触发器 for the Trigger object.
