## Why
After switching away from a task and back, Task Instance status and Task
Tries can use a cached response for up to five minutes. This makes the task
detail panel briefly inconsistent with Graph view.

Mark the selected Task Instance and Task Tries data as stale immediately, so
returning to a task refetches the latest data. Add regression tests for
switching from task A to task B and back. This does not change the try
de-duplication handled by #70711.
