### Description
My requested feature is simply to include `tdsodbc` in the
`RUNTIME_APT_DEPS` list within the Dockerfile so that the image will include
the `libtdsodbc.so` driver needed to use TDS protocol (provided by
`freetds-bin`) with ODBC connections (managed by `unixodbc`).

Installing `tdsodbc` would improve Airflow's compatibility with Sybase
databases.
