The Breeze quick-start guide (contributing-docs/03a_contributors_quick_start_beginners.rst) listed Podman as a straightforward "drop-in" replacement for Docker Desktop. In practice, since #58599, Breeze detects Podman and warns that it isn't fully supported yet — the docs never reflected that. This PR updates the Prerequisites bullet and the installation note to say Podman is not yet fully supported, point to the tracking issue (#54894), and recommend Docker Desktop in the meantime.
