Split into three focused PRs, so closing this: - #71814 — `[api] dag_cache_size = 0` no longer disables the TTL (backportable bugfix) - #71815 — Dag cache metrics reported per component instead of all under `api_server.dag_bag.*` - #71816 — `[scheduler] dag_cache_size` / `dag_cache_ttl` The scheduler cache bound itself ships separately in #71704. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
