Backport of #71379 to `v3-3-test` for the Airflow 3.3.2 patch release. Conflict resolution: `ts-sdk/` doesn't exist on v3-3-test (TypeScript SDK is main-only), so its regenerated file was dropped. The core API fix, its OpenAPI/UI-client regen, and the task-sdk changes are backported intact. (The airflow-ctl bits ride along but ship via the airflow-ctl release, not this branch.)
