There wasn't actually a doc describing the old scheduler-side deprioritization anywhere (it was only an implementation detail), so nothing existing needed correcting — but I added a note to the `backfill.rst` concurrency-control section spelling out that `max_active_runs` is now the mechanism for controlling a backfill's impact on other running work, per your framing above. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
