Backport of #71517 to `v3-3-test` for the 3.3.2 release.
Drops the explicit `common` namespace from `useTranslation("common")` calls,
relying on the configured `defaultNS: "common"` instead (already the default on
`v3-3-test`, so the change is behavior-preserving).
**Backport adaptation:** 5 of 35 files conflicted on unrelated divergences,
not the i18n change itself — resolved by applying only #71517's
`useTranslation()` change onto `v3-3-test`'s structure:
- `DeleteDialog.tsx`, `LogoutModal.tsx`, `TimezoneModal.tsx` — kept
`v3-3-test`'s prop-typing / `React.FC` form.
- `PartitionScheduleModal.tsx` — dropped `main`-only pagination code
(`pageSize`/`tableState`) that is not on `v3-3-test`.
- `PresetFiltersMenu.tsx` — removed; it does not exist on `v3-3-test`.
Verified: `tsc --noEmit` and eslint clean.
