Review Comment:
I am not sure i follow here, are we renaming existing operator? If yes,
please provide reason why, as well as following guide how to properly do it:
first of all deprecate it, adding 6 months of time for users to migarte to new
operator name, and then prepare a PR to remove unused operator.
