Corrects a factual error in `.apache-magpie-overrides/setup-isolated-setup-install.md`. It claimed `.claude/settings.json` "stays gitignored in this repo"; `.gitignore` actually un-ignores that path (`!.claude/settings.json`) so the apache-magpie plugin floor can be committed. Anyone reading the override would conclude a project-scope settings file cannot exist here, which is the opposite of the rule. Found while running the magpie isolated-setup install against this repo.
