Why
The subprocess utility in airflow.providers.google.go_module_utils does not
currently have direct unit test coverage.
What
Add unit tests for _execute_in_subprocess covering:
successful subprocess execution
subprocess output logging
non-zero exit code handling
Also remove the corresponding test path from OVERLOOKED_TESTS.
