   ```
   On AF2, `get_current_task_instance_session` falls back to opening a session
and parking it in a module global that only `_run_raw_task` ever clears again.
Anything reaching it outside a task run poisons the whole pytest process, and
every later `ti.run()` dies with "Session already set for this task" which is
what broke the 2.11.1 compatibility job once a
   `cncf.kubernetes` test started rendering a mapped operator's template
fields. Resetting it per test in the shared plugin makes that a property of the
harness rather than something each test file has to remember, which is why the
standard provider's local copy of the workaround goes away with it.
   * For fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal
([AIP](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AIRFLOW/Airflow+Improvement+Proposals))
 is needed.
   * For significant user-facing changes create newsfragment:
`{pr_number}.significant.rst`, in
[airflow-core/newsfragments](https://github.com/apache/airflow/tree/main/airflow-core/newsfragments).
 You can add this file in a follow-up commit after the PR is created so you
know the PR number.
