    Fix text selection blocked by the docs suggest-change button row (#1667)
    
    The fade-target rule set pointer-events: auto on the sticky button
    container, overriding the pointer-events: none from #1503 on docs pages.
    The full-width container captured the mouse across the whole line,
    so text behind it could not be selected. Drop the override; the
    buttons themselves stay clickable via the existing child rule.
