## Summary
In the Dag run grid view, after paging back to older runs, there was no
visible way to return to newer runs. The "newer runs" and "jump to latest"
buttons were positioned just beyond the right edge of the horizontally
scrollable bar strip.
Because the strip is right-anchored to the scrollport, the button group
ended up outside the visible area and also introduced a phantom horizontal
scrollbar.
## Cause
The newer/reset button group was absolutely positioned with a negative right
offset (right={-6}) relative to the right-anchored strip, placing it beyond the
scrollport edge where it was clipped.
## Change
Keep the button group inside the strip by using a non-negative right inset.
To make room for the buttons without overlapping the newest run bar, reuse
the existing right-edge ScrollbarSpacer and widen it from 16px to 32px only
when the pager is shown.
