Backport of #72836 to `v3-3-test`. Cherry-picked from 5d559174c34692c61078449719136f754480cf82. Scope-narrowed: the original PR also changed `BackfillDagRunsModal.tsx`, but that file does not exist on `v3-3-test` (it was introduced by #70159 "Show backfill Dag runs in the UI", which is not in 3.3). Only the `Backfills.tsx` fix applies — the same bug is present there (its column headers read `components:backfill.*` keys while `useTranslation()` declared no namespace).
