### Purpose GitHub App authentication in the Git provider must support GitHub Enterprise Server. This change: - avoids SSH host-key warnings for HTTPS-only GitHub App connections; - accepts `github_api_url` for Enterprise API endpoints; - exposes `github_api_url` in provider metadata so the connection UI shows it.
