Went through #63491 in all four RCs, on every Airflow version we support,
and spun up actual Celery, Edge and Kubernetes schedulers on 3.3.2 to be sure.
amazon, celery and edge3 all look good.
cncf-kubernetes has a regression from my PR: on Airflow 3.0.x the
KubernetesExecutor can't queue tasks anymore. I removed the `queue_workload`
override in #63491 and on 3.0 the base class just raises. 10.22.0 is fine. Fix
is in #73764, so I'd hold this one for an rc2.
