Thanks for fixing the large-integer MessagePack failure in this PR. We
found one remaining Airflow 2/3 difference: a DagRun.conf value such as 1.7E308
is a Python float in Airflow 2, but becomes a 309-digit Python int in Airflow 3
after the PostgreSQL JSONB round trip. The initial Airflow 3 API parsing does
preserve it as a float; the type changes during persistence. Is this expected,
or should Airflow 3 preserve the original numeric type across DagRun.conf
