I'd like to take this one. @seanmuth's #72395 (closed on 2026-09-25 in the open-PR-limit cull, with its review feedback already addressed) had the right approach, so I've re-landed it — `joinedload` → `selectinload` for the five one-to-many collections, with `with_row_locks` semantics unchanged — and added a regression test that captures the SQL actually executed and asserts the one-to-many tables are no longer joined in the main query.
