In the case of native Dag: We will just parse the a normal Dag Bundle, so no
need to set any config on the coordinator.
In the case of mixed language Task: We will replace the `bundle_name` which
points to the artifact for the TaskHandler to `task_handler_bundle_name` which
is more clear on the purpose.
