Hi, I'd like to pick up the `DataflowConfiguration.max_num_workers` item from this umbrella issue. Plan: pass `max_num_workers` into Beam/Dataflow pipeline options where other `DataflowConfiguration` fields are applied, and add a focused provider unit test.
